Handling Request

All aircraft operating into Muskoka Airport requiring FBO services are required to submit a Handling Request prior to arrival. Handling Requests should be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the estimated time of arrival to allow airport staff to coordinate parking, personnel, fuel, equipment, and other requested services.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by airport staff. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon submission, and a separate notification will be sent once your request has been reviewed and approved. Requests submitted with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to additional charges and service availability cannot be guaranteed.

After Hours Operations Notice
Your requested arrival or departure time falls outside of normal operating hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Additional after-hours service fees may apply, including a minimum call-out fee of $250 for up to 3 hours and $100 per hour thereafter. Final charges will be confirmed by airport staff.
